Ordering & Delivery.

We deliver orders over £100 free of charge within 10 road miles of our showrooms in Farnborough. We only use our own staff and vehicles so we remain in control of the whole delivery process.

We do not apply a surcharge for delivery on a Saturday (some of our competitors add up to £50!) but it is always our busiest day so we recommend you mention when you place your order if a Saturday delivery is required. 

When we receive your order we will process full payment and arrange a delivery date within a few days when a van is in your area.

Whilst it's impossible to give a time of arrival we will always give you an am/pm slot so you don't have to wait in all day. We can, if requested, call you when we're nearby but please note we cannot wait for you to get home! We will require your signature on delivery and please let us know when you place your order if you need us to avoid school times etc.

In order to keep deliveries free of charge your bed and/or mattress will usually be delivered by one person - your assistance with unloading is always appreciated. We will be as helpful as possible in placing the items in your bedroom where practical but like every other bed company we do not assemble the bed or take away packaging. If you have access issues with your property please let us know when you place your order - and if you've ordered a large mattress please make sure it will go up your stairs!

We cannot currently deliver beds outside of our standard delivery area as WE DO NOT USE CARRIERS - only our own vans.
