Terms and Conditions.
1. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights, which are governed by UK law. We do not supply goods to those under 18 years of age nor do we supply outside of the UK mainland. All prices include VAT at 17.5%.
2. All our products are described as accurately as possible but if there is a particular point on which you require clarification please contact us by email or telephone. If necessary we may direct your enquiry to the relevant manufacturer. Please note images are for illustrative purposes and colours of items may vary from those shown. Bedstead prices do not include mattresses or accessories.
3. All goods supplied are new and are guaranteed for 12 months against faulty workmanship or materials. Some manufacturers may include a further ‘step down’ warranty – further details on request.
4. We will deliver your order on the day agreed with you, subject to receiving your order and payment in good time. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro as payment. Our free delivery area is within 15 road miles of our showrooms at GU14 6EN. All bedsteads are supplied flat-packed for home assembly, divans will require a small amount of fitting up.
5. Lead times on items not in stock are given as a guide only. We try to be as accurate as possible but sometimes delays are beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any loss or expense caused by delivery delay.
6. We supply goods in good faith and do not operate a sale or return policy. We strongly advise you to view products either in our showrooms or in a shop local to you before placing an order if you are unsure.
7. We always book a day for delivery with you and wherever possible try to give a morning or afternoon time slot. However as our drivers cover many miles in a day we will not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions. We reserve the right to charge £35 if you are not in to receive delivery when we call on the arranged day. Please note we can NEVER give a time of arrival as we cannot estimate traffic.
8. Should you have chosen and paid for your new bed to be assembled you are required to make available space in which to work and supply a parking space for our van within 100 metres of your front door for around an hour. If you have chosen and paid for your old bed to be disposed of it must be in a dismantled state and ideally at ground floor level if possible. Beds left outside must be dry as we do not take wet or damp beds.
9. Claims for shortages or damage in delivery must be made within 7 days of receipt.
10. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to receiving delivery you may do so without penalty and your deposit will be refunded.
11. If you wish to return goods after you have received them you must notify us by email or letter only within 7 days of receiving them; a re-stocking and collection charge of £60 will be applied to all returned goods. Please note all returned goods must be in original pristine saleable condition and in original packaging. Goods that have been assembled or patially assembled and goods not in immaculate saleable condition may not be returned unless proven to be defective. We will of course do our utmost to resolve any issues to your satisfaction. We cannot accept returns of mattresses where the wrapping is unsealed at all, unless proven to be faulty, for hygiene reasons. We endeavour to collect within 30 days of delivery and any loss or damage to the products before we collect them is entirely your responsibility. Charges for bed assembly and old bed disposal are not refundable.
12. We do not pass your details to any third party as required by the Data Protection Act, any personal information you give is used to process your order only.
